薑葱粉絲蟹煲

Now is the crab season, it will be such a waste if not eat crab. 又平又靚!
放工後去了gage street 買了3隻蟹, 都不過是 $80, good deal! 海鮮店老板話我來得晚, 大隻的都賣了清了. 其實我買的都不算小, the crab shell is bigger than my palm. 食起來, d 肉好甜好實, very nice!
好久沒有下廚, 個蟹煲賣相都不差. :p
