脆卜卜
好像前天才看到報章雜誌話一底雞蛋仔有幾多幾多既糖份....
今日經過北角雞蛋仔, 因為時間尚早, 中午都未到, 未見人龍, 已經將報章的報導拋諸腦後, 買番一底食先!
依然係咁好食, 又不覺得太多油, 起碼食完後隻手唔會好肥膩, 外層脆卜卜....
真係好好食呀~

雞蛋仔係用生油(不用水)開雞蛋漿, 一底一杯生油, 你試過自己整一次,就一世唔食.
